Today's lesson will be about Roman beliefs. We have aready learned about Greek and Roman gods. In this lesson we will see how other religions and beliefs influenced Romans as well. In the 1st century AD in Rome there were some religions coming from the east such as Mithraism (coming from Persia) particularly popular among the soldiers. Also, some of the Greek philosophy such as Stoicism, which Euphrosyne (from our stories) was teaching the Haterius's guests also had an influence on some Romans. Today's lesson will be about new kind of participles: PARTICIPLES FUTURE ACTIVE. So far we encountered PRESENT ACTIVE, PERFECT PASSIVE and PERFECT ACTIVE (DEPONENT VERBS).
